Genome sequences

Every public whole-genome sequencing run from the MuLTEE, one row per run. Sort and filter by population, timepoint, strain or paper, then follow a run to its record at ENA or SRA, or download its read files directly.

All reads are archived in the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (ENA, SRA, DDBJ) under BioProjects PRJNA1064559, PRJNA1093477, PRJNA719855 and PRJNA943273. Run accessions open the ENA record; the SRA link opens the same run at NCBI.

Reads are read pairs; Files download gzipped FASTQ directly from ENA. Timepoint is the transfer at which the sample was taken (one transfer per day). Ploidy is the whole-genome ploidy; individual isolates, especially in the anaerobic lines, can also carry gains or losses of single chromosomes (Tong et al. 2025). Donut and spread strains were derived from the timepoint isolate of the same line; spread strain n arose from donut strain n (Tong et al. 2025).

More runs will be added as they are deposited. To ask about data not listed here, see who to write to.
