Cluster segmentation and measurement (ImageJ)
Segments snowflake yeast clusters in brightfield images, single fields of view or stitched whole wells, with optional manual correction, then measures cluster size and other features. Needs Fiji with the BioVoxxel and IJPB-plugins update sites
